Delivery and payment methods
When We Ship Your Order
The dispatch time of your order depends on the chosen payment method and the time the payment is received in our account:
- If the payment is received by 12:00 PM on working days in Slovakia (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), the order is dispatched the same day.
- If the payment is received after 12:00 PM, or during weekends or public holidays, the order is dispatched on the next working day.
For online payment methods such as credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, the payment is usually received immediately. For traditional bank transfers, payment confirmation may take several days.
Shipping Times and Costs
*The estimated Delivery time (e.g. 2 days) refers to working days only, and is calculated based on the working days in all relevant countries: Slovakia – country of dispatch, any transit countries, and the destination country.
**FREE shipping applies to orders with a product value of €100 or more. Shipping costs are not counted toward this amount.

Estimated delivery times are usually accurate. While we cannot influence possible delays on the carrier’s side, most parcels arrive on time — thanks to GLS, our reliable and proven delivery partner.
Payment Methods
All listed payment methods are free of charge. Online payments (card, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay) are processed instantly, while traditional bank transfers may take a few days.
