Product description
Magnetic adhesive tape is used to attach a non-magnetic object to a metal surface. You can mark shelves with it or use it as a holder for smaller tools.
The tape is 20 mm wide and 1.5 mm thick. Its magnetic strength is 100 grams per cm2. You can use it on common materials such as plastic, wall, wood, metals. It is extremely easy to use.
In the video, a wider 30 mm magnetic tape is used.
Magnetic and adhesive side
Magnetic adhesive tape has a magnetic and adhesive side. The magnetic side is attached to the metal. On the adhesive side is M3 adhesive, which is designed for a wide variety of materials and applications that require strong bonds. On the magnetic side, the north and south poles alternate every millimetre.
It leaves no trace
Unlike conventional adhesive tape, magnetic tape sticks quickly and cleanly. The surface to which you glue the adhesive side will remain clean.
Magnetic force
Magnetic tape is not used to hold large objects. But if you use it on smaller items, you don’t have to worry about them falling off and still having to lift them off the ground.
Where can you use the tape?
Use the magnetic tape for craft and home projects, signs and banners, bulletin boards as a holder for smaller tools, and learning aids for children. Some customers have used the tape, for example, to secure an iron paint pot in a suitcase or to create a family photo board. One customer used the tape in the bathroom as a holder for manicure and pedicure kit.
Other uses include making fridge magnets, attaching pictures or calendars to the wall, attaching photos to the fridge and labelling goods on shelves.
You can attach it to materials such as plastic, porcelain, wall, wood, aluminium, stainless steel and other smooth surfaces.
Easy to use
You can cut the magnetic tape with ordinary scissors. After cutting the desired length, we recommend flattening the tape by attaching it to a flat iron surface for 24 hours.
Magnetic tapes attract each other, so you can use them to connect two non-magnetic objects.
For a stronger bond, we recommend cleaning the surface before gluing.
Warning: Never bring magnetic tapes close to neodymium magnets, as they may become demagnetised. Therefore, do not use the magnetic tape as a base for attaching magnets. Use our metal tape for this purpose.
