Product description
This magnetic adhesive tape is neodymium, unlike conventional ferrite tapes, thanks to which it has an incredible strength of 650 grams per cm2 for magnetic tapes! It is more than 6 times stronger than conventional ferrite magnetic tapes and perfectly suited for places where you need to achieve high adhesive strength with limited space. For example, to seal various joints, to tighten loose doors, etc.
The tape is 20 mm wide, 1.5 mm thick and, unlike conventional neodymium magnets, can handle working temperatures up to 120 °C. You can stick it on common materials such as plastic, wall, wood, metals. It is extremely easy to use.
The tape is sold in rolls of 1 metre (each roll contains + 2 cm free of charge, the total length of the tape is 102 cm). If you order multiple metres, we will send you several rolls with a length of 1 metre.
Magnetic and adhesive side
Magnetic adhesive tape has a magnetic and adhesive side. The magnetic side is attached to the metal. On the adhesive side is 3M glue, which is designed for a wide variety of materials and applications that require strong bonds. On the magnetic side, the north and south poles alternate every 5 millimetres.
It leaves no trace
Unlike conventional adhesive tape, magnetic tape sticks quickly and cleanly. The surface to which you glue the adhesive side will remain clean.
Magnetic force
This neodymium magnetic tape is the strongest you can find in the category of so-called rubber magnets. With a strength of 650 grams per cm2, it will find wide use in places where high adhesive force is needed and will also hold heavier objects that ferrite magnetic tapes cannot handle.
Where can you use the tape?
Use the neodymium self-adhesive magnetic tape for craft and home projects, signs and banners, bulletin boards, as a holder for various tools, sealing joints or in the production of a variety of tools for children’s learning.
They are also useful for making fridge magnets, attaching pictures or calendars to the wall, attaching photos to the fridge and labelling goods on shelves.
You can attach it to materials such as plastic, porcelain, wall, wood, aluminium, stainless steel and other smooth surfaces.
Easy to use
You can cut the magnetic tape with ordinary scissors. After cutting the desired length, we recommend flattening the tape by attaching it to a flat iron surface for 24 hours.
Magnetic tapes attract each other, so you can use them to connect two non-magnetic objects.
For a stronger bond, we recommend cleaning the surface before gluing.
Warning: Never bring magnetic tapes close to neodymium magnets, as they may become demagnetised. Therefore, do not use the magnetic tape as a base for attaching magnets. Use our metal tape for this purpose.
